1.Fill water to the weight bag
2.place the water bag on one round holder
3.install the 3 rods on the round holder
4.place the other round holder on top
5.Using the metal weir to make ghost arm
6.twist the string light
7.cover the white cloth on the holder
8.using double side sticker to install the candy bucket and black bow.
