At DealUS, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to be simple, clear, and fair.

- Local pickup: If not picked up within 7 days after your order is marked “ready,” a restocking fee applies
Return Eligibility
We accept returns if the item is not as described or if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible, the return must:
- Be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging
- Include your order number (proof of purchase)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@dealus.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return (and photos if the item is defective or not as described)
We’ll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of $3 or 25% of the order value (whichever is higher) to help cover inspection, handling, and repackaging.
No restocking fee is charged if the item is confirmed to be defective.
Local Pickup Orders (Unpicked Items)
If you place a local pickup order and it is marked ready for pickup, it must be picked up within 7 days. If it isn’t picked up within that window, a restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
