At dealus.com, we’re committed to fast, reliable delivery across the United States.
Order Processing
- We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- We ship with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- The carrier is selected automatically based on package weight, dimensions, and destination to provide the best value and speed.
Where We Ship
- We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- PO Boxes are supported via USPS.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping is charged at checkout and is calculated by weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
- Any applicable surcharges (e.g., remote/extended areas) will be shown before you complete your order.
Combined Shipping
- Yes, we combine shipping.
- When you purchase multiple items going to the same address, we’ll consolidate when possible and apply combined shipping automatically at checkout.
- If checkout doesn’t reflect an obvious consolidation, contact us—we’re happy to review and adjust when feasible.
Tracking Your Order
- Every shipment includes a tracking number.
- You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to populate with carrier scans.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once your package is transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
