Welcome to Deal US, a brand operated by Prime Dealist LLC, doing business as DEAL US (“Deal US”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing from our Shopify storefront (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Site and make purchases.

2. Product Condition & Listings

We sell items in various conditions, including new, like new, open box, used, salvage, and parts only.

• Product titles, photos, descriptions, and condition notes reflect our best assessment at the time of listing.

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing, items may not include original packaging, manuals, accessories, or manufacturer warranty coverage.

• By purchasing, you agree you are buying the item in the condition described on the listing.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the item is materially not as described in the product listing.

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind,” “doesn’t fit,” “no longer needed”) is not an acceptable return reason.

• If a return is approved, we may provide store credit or a replacement, at our discretion (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

• Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including all included parts/accessories.

• For returns involving opened/used items, a restocking fee up to 50% may apply.

• If an item is returned in unsellable condition (missing parts, damage, excessive wear, tampering, etc.), up to 100% of the refund may be deducted.

• We reserve the right to deny returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Shipping

• We ship via ground economy to the continental United States (lower 48 states) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed off to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, losses, or damage after handoff (you may need to file a carrier claim where applicable).

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, false chargebacks, or misleading activity

• Abuse promotional offers, discounts, or return policies

• Interfere with Site functionality, security, or other users

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, ban users, and/or report suspected violations as needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Dealist LLC d/b/a DEAL US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

7. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Forsyth County, Georgia, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You agree to waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or collective action. Claims must be brought only on an individual basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
