How to mold mouth guard

1. Start by rinsing the mouthguard under running water. 

2. Try placing it in your mouth, and if necessary, trim a small amount off the ends for a better fit. 

3. Submerge the mouthguard in the hot water(176-185°F) for 10-15 seconds, no more than 20 seconds. 

4. Carefully remove the mouthguard from the water using a wooden or slotted spoon. 

5. Allow the mouthguard to cool on a towel for 3-5 seconds to avoid discomfort from excessive heat. 

6. Place the mouth guard on your upper teeth, bite down tightly with suction, and create a tooth shape at the bottom of the guard. 

7. Maintain pressure by pressing your tongue against the roof of your mouth for about 10 seconds to ensure a tight fit. 

8. After use, thoroughly clean the mouthguard according to the instructions provided and store it in the case for safekeeping.
