Pillows come compressed for optimal shipping. Fluff the pillow and place in a ventilated room for up to 48 hours to allow full expansion. Do not place memory foam in washer. To clean your pillow cover, remove from pillow and wash in warm or cold cycle. Tumble dry low. DO NOT bleach.
