Most items in these lots are new. In general, 98%+ of the items are new/unused.
However, if even a small number of items in a lot are open-box, the entire lot may be listed under OPEN BOX condition for consistency and compliance. In those cases, the large majority of items are still typically new, but outer packaging may show handling, shelf wear, labels, or prior opening.
