DIsappointing...it's flimsy and arrived bent on every corner. It was not shipped between cardboard and in a plastic bag. How would it not be crinkly upon arrival. The straws are also bent. There are no application instructions. I can't put this on my cake...I can't flatten it out enough to look good. The sparkly Happy Birthday appeared in the picture to actually have glitter but its dull in person and just printed.

Hi Karin,

We're very sorry to hear that the cake topper arrived damaged and did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially for an important celebration.

We've already issued a full refund for your order. We also appreciate your detailed feedback regarding the packaging, product quality, and instructions, and we've shared it with our team as we continue to improve our products and customer experience.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
